All tickets can be purchased on-line, via telephone or by ticket reserve. To reserve tickets refer to registering on E-TICKET -see BOOK TICKETS. Tickets can be bought on-line and paid on-line with a valid credit card. Tickets will be delivered via post or left at the pick up point. Smart card holders have paid for a years discount ticket which allows them acces to any show via TICKETPLANNER for the set period without paying ticket prices. It is essential that seats are booked for any event if you hold a Smart card, failure to book seats will result in possible non available on the night of the event. A ticket, Smart card or E-Ticket is the proof of payment and will only be accepted on the night or payment for a seat will be required. Full ticket cost will be charged at door unless a promotional package is produced. TICKET REFUNDS Tickets bought will be refunded in the following circumstances. If the event is cancelled and an alternative show is not suitable. If cancelled via E_TICKET 1 week prior to event when no monies have been paid to date. Tickets will not be refunded if bought prior to event and cancelled on the day of event - A reclaim form is available. Where we assess each refund case separetly. We cannot refund lost tickets but can give show access on confirmation of ticket number and place of purchase. All tickets are numbered, coded and secure marked and cannot be copied. Anyone gaining access with a non-recognised ticket will be refused entry. Retain ticket during event for access in and out.
